This Privacy Notice outlines how Season Bus Services Co Pte Ltd collects, uses, discloses, and processes personal data of our customers in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Additional personal data collection or usage requires your consent unless permitted or required by law.
  2. We may collect and use your personal data for various purposes, including providing services, verifying identity, fraud detection, market research, handling queries, managing relationships, processing transactions, sending marketing information, complying with laws, and other related business purposes.
  3. Your personal data may be disclosed to fulfill service obligations or to third-party service providers engaged by us.

  1. Your consent for data collection, usage, and disclosure remains valid until withdrawn in writing. You may withdraw consent to stop data usage and/or disclosure by submitting a written request to our Data Protection Officer.

  4. Note that withdrawal may impact service provision, and we’ll inform you accordingly. Cancelling withdrawal requires written notice.
  5. Withdrawal doesn’t affect data collection, usage, and disclosure permitted under applicable laws.

  1. You may request access to or correction of your personal data by contacting our Data Protection Officer.
  2. A reasonable fee may apply for access requests, communicated to you beforehand.
  3. We’ll respond promptly to requests, informing you of any delays or reasons for inability to fulfill them, as per the PDPA.

  1. We employ administrative, physical, and technical measures to safeguard personal data against unauthorized access, use, disclosure, and similar risks.
  2. While we strive to enhance information security, no method of transmission or storage over the Internet is entirely secure.

  1. We rely on provided personal data for accuracy and request updates for any changes.

Retention of Personal Data

  1. Personal data is retained as necessary or as required by law.
  2. We’ll retention when no longer cease serving the purpose for collection or required for legal or business purposes.

Transfer of Personal Data Outside of Singapore

  1. Personal data transfer outside Singapore requires consent, with measures to maintain data protection standards.
